A quick snack: Kisir! (How-to-video)

Ever wanted a quick selfmade snack but didn't know what to make? Now you know! Kisir is the perfect, healthy and vegan snack that doesn't take a lot of time. This finger licking salad can be used in any occasion.

INGREDIENTS (4 people)
2 glasses of bulgur
1 red pepper
A handful of parsley
1 onion
2 cups of scallion
1 cucumber
1 full tsp of pepper paste
1/2 tsp of tomato paste (optional)
Juice of 1 lemon (2 if you really like it sour)
Nar eksisi (pomegranate sour)
Salt
Pepper
Ground pepper
