A quick snack: Kisir! (How-to-video)

Ever wanted a quick selfmade snack but didn't know what to make? Now you know! Kisir is the perfect, healthy and vegan snack that doesn't take a lot of time. This finger licking salad can be used in any occasion.

INGREDIENTS (4 people)

  • 2 glasses of bulgur

  • 1 red pepper

  • A handful of parsley

  • 1 onion

  • 2 cups of scallion

  • 1 cucumber

  • 1 full tsp of pepper paste

  • 1/2 tsp of tomato paste (optional)

  • Juice of 1 lemon (2 if you really like it sour)

  • Nar eksisi (pomegranate sour)

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Ground pepper
